Karla’s detailed instruction on bodily movement and alignment combines Yoga, Pilates and a variety of other exercises with breathing and visualization techniques guaranteed to elevate your fitness and move you closer to peak performance. Karla is a nationally-registered and certified Yoga Instructor and has been teaching Yoga for the past 6 years (500+ hours). She has many professional athletes among her students, yet her mixed-level class will engage anyone who desires a healthier body.
In addition to Yoga, this former All-State Volleyball Champion trains with and has competed against top women professional cyclists, played on and coached numerous championship and all-star teams, and is currently a USVA volleyball official.
